These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

By placing an order with Bits-N-PCs you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed these Terms and Conditions. None of these Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Product Descriptions and Images

The majority of the products we display have a list of their main features, due to the nature of the products it is not possible to list their complete specification, errors may occur and will be corrected as soon as they are identified. Full product specification is usually available from the relevant manufacturers web site or brochure. Images (Most Images used for Illustration Only) where shown are representations of the products offered and are largely sourced from the manufacturer. Colours and styles may differ from those of the actual product supplied due to image quality or availability.

Availability

We do our very best to show only products we have in stock on our site (unless otherwise stated i.e. special orders). However, popular products can go out of stock quickly. In the unlikely event of this happening, when we receive your order we will email you with the expected delivery time. If you decide not to continue with your order any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you at the email address given by you on your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

Payment

Orders paid by Paypal will ONLY be shipped to varified addresses.

Faulty Goods

If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of receipt please contact us to arrange return and inspection. Generally we will exchange or refund the item provided it is as new and has no faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect.

If your goods develop a fault after 28 days and within its 12 months guarantee we will arrange to repair and return or replace the product to you free of charge.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds are made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Bits-N-PCs will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Guarantee/Warranty

Products sold by Bits-N-PCs benefit from a guarantee/warranty of up to two years as of the date of delivery for the goods sold.

The Product should be returned accompanied by a copy of your invoice and the guarantee certificate. The cost encured during transit are to be covered by the customer. Bits-N-PCs will take care of ensuring the product is repaired or replaced.

The guarantee does not apply when malfunctioning results from damage caused by exterior elements, accidents (notably electrical, physical damage, misuse etc.) any actions that are against the advice and instructions given in the product manual. The guarantee conditions also exclude all products that have been modified or repaired by the customer or a non-authorised repair centre.

In case where the warranty is not applicable for the reparation, the manufacturer will quote a price for repair.

The guarantee for products sold by Bits-N-PCs does not cover:

• The replacement of consumables (batteries, lights, fuses, aerials, headphones, microphones, recording heads or playing heading...)
• The irregular usage or non-conforming usage of products. Please consult the instruction manual delivered with your product.
• Malfunctioning due to usage with accessories (power cables, etc...)
• Malfunctioning due to repairs effected by non-authorized personnel.
• Malfunctioning due to external causes.
• Malfunctioning due to non-conforming usage of the product (professional usage, collective usage etc).

Bits-N-PCs cannot be held responsible for the warranty should the manufacturer not honour the guarantee.

The manufacturer will request administration fees, if the payment for the quotation is refused. In case of approval, a bank transfer in the amount of the quotation must be sent to Bits-N-PCs.

Trademarks

Trademarks distributed by Bits-N-PCs are protected by current laws and international conventions.

As a consequence, neither Clients nor third parties can use trademarks without the express written consent of the trademark holder. It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of the present General Conditions is not in any way such an authorisation.
